Tokyo With Rye
1.5 oz / 45 ml Belvedere Pure
0.25 oz / 10 ml Maple Syrup
0.25 oz / 5 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Dash Birch Bitters*
Top Soda Water
Add first four ingredients to glass over cubed ice and stir to combine. Top with soda water and gently stir again to mix. Garnish with root ginger.
*For birch bitters – infuse 100 g of Birch bark in Belvedere Pure for 14 days at room temperature and then strain through a coffee filter - bottle and refrigerate.
