Seventh Wonder

1.5 oz / 45 ml Belvedere Vodka

1 oz / 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

0.75 oz / 20 ml Honey Syrup (2:1)

0.25 oz / 5 ml Lemon Juice

2 Sprigs Tarragon

Coat half the rim of a small goblet or wine glass in salt, shake and double strain all ingredients and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
