1.25 oz / 35 ml 'Winter' Belvedere Pure
0.75 oz / 25 ml Carpano Rosso
0.5 oz / 15 ml Mead
0.25 oz / 5 ml Absinthe
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into rocks over block ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
*For ‘Winter’ Belvedere Pure – infuse one bottle of Belvedere Pure with 100 g smoked plum, 75 g smoked pear, 50 g smoked apple and 25 g dried apple for four hours, strain through muslin and store.
