Yerba Mate Sugar
Coat the rim of a highball glass in yerba mate sugar, then build the ingredients over 3 large ice cubes and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wedge.
*For Yerba Mate infused Belvedere pure – infuse two bar spoons of yerba mate tea in one bottle of Belvedere Pure for thirty mins, then strain and store. For the yerba mate sugar, combine one cup of yerba mate tea leaves with one cup of sugar.
