1 oz / 40 ml Belvedere Pure
0.5 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz / 20 ml Earl Grey Tea Syrup*
1.5 oz / 40 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Top Soda Water
Build first four ingredients in glass over cubed ice. Top with soda and stir gently to combine. Garnish with basil leaves.
*For earl grey syrup – infuse one litre of 1:1 sugar syrup with 25 g loose leaf earl grey tea for 12 hours. Strain and store.
